01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 16zk platform — including the website at 16zk.cam, any mobile-optimized version thereof, and all associated games, features, promotions, and services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the 16zk platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus claims, withdrawals, and customer support contacts. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

16zk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the 16zk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 16zk or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction, and your use of the platform is voluntary and for entertainment purposes;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 16zk platform or any other gaming platform operated by an associated entity.

16zk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 16zk platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 16zk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any deposits or winnings pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. 16zk is not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 16zk account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 16zk immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 16zk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 16zk staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3.3 KYC Verification

16zk is required by applicable regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal functions suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Payments

16zk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, and other approved Philippine payment channels. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your 16zk account wallet.

Deposits are generally credited in real time for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take 1–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. 16zk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own policies.

16zk reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on deposits exceeding prescribed thresholds in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations applicable under Philippine law. You may be required to provide documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of deposited funds.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from your 16zk account is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank account withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during operational hours.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have successfully completed basic identity verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC document review for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding prescribed PAGCOR thresholds;
• 16zk reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request at our sole discretion;
• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts in good standing with no pending fraud investigations.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and vary by account verification tier. Specific limits applicable to your account are displayed within your account dashboard. 16zk reserves the right to adjust limits in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

16zk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all 16zk bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who are 21 years of age or older;
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion;
• 16zk reserves the right to void and reclaim bonuses, and any winnings derived therefrom, in cases of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;
• 16zk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice;
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

07 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games offered on the 16zk platform operate according to published rules available within each game interface. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The result of each game or bet is final once the game engine, live dealer, or sportsbook system has confirmed the outcome.

Bets placed using funds obtained through promotional bonuses may be subject to game contribution restrictions. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are outlined in each promotion's terms. Live dealer games, slots, fishing games, sabong, and bingo may have different contribution rates.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 16zk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime in violation of Philippine AMLA laws;
• Facilitating access to the platform by minors under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 16zk staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account limits you or 16zk has set.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 16zk platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, page layouts, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of 16zk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 16zk. Any unauthorized use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 16zk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by force majeure events, including network outages, government actions, or natural disasters;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Any technical malfunction or third-party service failure outside 16zk's reasonable control;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, which you acknowledge are the result of the inherent risk of gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 16zk's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

16zk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of financial data necessary for payment processing, KYC compliance, and regulatory reporting obligations. You may exercise your rights as a data subject — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting us through the support channels detailed in Section 15.

12 Responsible Gaming

16zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm to our players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools accessible from within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after defined gaming session durations;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net position during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

16zk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to the platform unless a later effective date is specified. We will take reasonable steps to notify registered users of material changes via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team. Any outstanding account balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 16zk's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of being raised with customer support, either party may submit the matter to mediation or, failing resolution through mediation, to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to regulated gaming activity.
